WS - Light

This weeks theme at WS is light. Here is my take on the theme and maybe we're going a little 'outside' the square here with my canvas -

Ok so I made this canvas last night for our toilet or throne room or whatever you like to call it. I think in the US they call it the bathroom??? Anyway I have made "light" of the situation (being the toilet) and have also used a "light" background..... cheeky I know.... The stamping is on the chipboard letters and on one of the houses. The houses are Collections and the background (which I just can't get enough of at the moment) is a technique learned from Viv Bonder.

Thanks for looking :-)

How very appropriate for the "throne room" Nat! Isn't it amazing what one can do with Julie's little houses? lol

Wonderful Nat - I bet you find visitors spend longer in the 'loo' as they enjoy this art work.

Nice work! In America (Canada and USA) it can be called bathroom (because it's in the same room as the bath) or restroom (don't know if people actually rest in them).
I still call our toilet "bathroom" sometimes, which gets me "you mean TOILET MUMMY!"... I'm going to check that book by Karen Michel out to find out more about the background!
